Hello!
My name is Hope Willis, and I’m the new Parent Road Ministries Social Media Coordinator. Nancy Ruth asked me to introduce myself to you, so here’s a bit about me.
I’m the oldest of 5 kids, all two years apart. Our parents raised us up in church, and I accepted Christ in the 3rd grade.
I’ve always loved music and singing, as I come from a musical family, and am in the worship choir (with Nancy Ruth!) and praise team at my church presently.
I have an associate’s degree in vocal music, and also play flute, mandolin, and a bit of piano. I’m working on creating songs right now, as my dream is to write and sing songs that glorify God and encourage His people. I also love reading, drawing, photography, camping, sky-gazing, tea, and purple.
God gave me two unplanned gap years after I graduated from the community college I attended. In that time, He has given me many opportunities to serve in the church, and to love and serve my family and friends (such as this job), which I am grateful for.
I’m hoping to attend Moody Bible Institute next year and continue with my music degree, but I’m learning to trust God’s plan for me, wherever that takes me.
I’m excited to be able to serve with Parent Road Ministries, and I’m looking forward to seeing how God uses it!
