One of the reasons I love October is because it is Minister Appreciation Month. Over the years I have worked with so many wonderful ministers (including pastors, children’s ministers, youth ministers, music ministers, education ministers, senior adult ministers, etc.). I am not currently serving on a church staff, but I still love this opportunity to let ministers know how much their service means–especially all the stuff they do quietly behind the scenes.
